Encounter
This is one of the main classes in the Presence Ontology. We envision an interaction to be a physical "presence" meeting between a Physician and a Patient, or any other types of conversations. An interaction is composed of several sub-interactions, which 1) may be driven by a patient or a physician, 2) involves use of certain physical object or abstract object and 3) may be influenced by a myriad factors.

Factor
The Factor hierarchy represents concepts that play an external role in a sub-interaction between the Physician and the Patient. These concepts are modifiable, recordable, observable and may be quantifiable. These concepts include environmetal factors, communication factors, and other social factors. Factors hence differ from Emotions and Qualities (which can not be modifiable, recordable, observable and quantifiable)
